Where healing is a journey towards self awareness..

“आत्मा वा अरे द्रष्टव्यः श्रोतव्यो मन्तव्यो निदिध्यासितव्यः”

— Brihadaranyaka Upanishad

“The Self must be seen, heard of, reflected upon, and deeply contemplated.”

Meet Yamini, the founder of Your Space Therapy (YST).

Her approach to therapy goes beyond the usual clinical setup. The “Your Space” in YST truly means that the space belongs to the client. Her vision of each therapy session is supposed to be approached with the intention that the client feels safe, comfortable, and in control — almost as if they are inviting her (therapist) into their own space and deciding what they wish to share, explore, or hold close.

Her ongoing work in the field includes integrating Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) with trauma and emotional distress, while also facilitating pre-conception and mindful pregnancy programs that support emotional, psychological, and holistic well-being. Her work also focuses on understanding the emotional patterns, childhood experiences, relationship wounds, and generational dynamics that continue to shape an individual’s present life.

Rather than focusing solely on surface-level symptom management, her approach primarily aims to work with the core of the issue — helping individuals build awareness, emotional regulation, self-understanding, and long-term inner transformation within a safe, emotionally held space.

At the heart of her work lies the belief that healing is not only about reducing distress, but also about returning to oneself — developing awareness beyond conditioning, survival patterns, and external identities, and slowly creating a more conscious relationship with one’s inner world.

Meet Gauri, she is a licensed clinical psychologist with over seven years of experience in the field of mental health, dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional challenges with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.

She believes that therapy is not about giving advice or telling you how to live your life. It is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build healthier ways of coping and relating to yourself and others.

Rather than offering quick fixes, She focuses on helping clients develop lasting insight, emotional resilience, healthier boundaries, self-compassion, and practical skills that extend beyond the therapy room. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practices while always keeping the human connection at the heart of the therapeutic process.

She believes her role is to walk alongside you (client), helping you make sense of your experiences and supporting you as you move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

Meet Raashi Kohli, a Counselling Psychologist and EMDR therapist.
Her approach to therapy focuses deeply on the individual experience. The intention in her practice is to hold a space that feels safe, collaborative, and deeply attuned to each person. She believes therapy works best when the client feels entirely in control of what they bring into the room, ensuring that nothing is ever rushed or assumed.
Working from a relational and trauma-informed lens, she understands a client's struggles in the context of what they, and their body, have carried. She sees these struggles not as something separate from a person's story, but as part of it. Present-day patterns often carry the imprint of what came before, and her work makes room for that connection rather than looking past it.
Instead of imposing an external framework onto a client's experience, her approach primarily aims to work within the context of each person's own beliefs, values, and cultural background. She pays close attention to the experiences that have shaped an individual, the gap between how they appear on the outside and what they are quietly carrying within, and the relationship they hold with themselves beneath everything else.
Many of us work hard to retain a sense of functionality in life, while feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unseen internally. Others simply feel lost, without the language yet to name what feels wrong. Either way, her work is about helping people slowly reconnect with themselves and learn to hold their own story with more compassion.
At the heart of her practice lies a simple belief: one does not need to know what is wrong, or have the right words for it, to begin. Healing often starts simply by being met exactly where you are.

Meet Deepanshi, a Counselling Psychologist and Therapist at Your Space Therapy (YST).

Her approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual carries a unique story, shaped by their experiences, emotions, relationships and the ways they have learned to navigate life. She views therapy as a collaborative journey - a space where individuals can slow down, feel heard and explore their inner world with openness, compassion and acceptance.

Rather than viewing therapy as a process of “fixing” problems, her work focuses on understanding the person beyond their struggles - their thoughts, emotions, patterns, vulnerabilities and strengths. She believes meaningful change begins when individuals are able to understand themselves better, build emotional awareness and develop a kinder relationship with their own experiences.

Her therapeutic approach is individualised, integrating evidence-based frameworks such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based approaches depending on the unique needs and goals of each individual. She believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and adapts her approach to create a space that feels relevant, supportive and empowering for every client.

She is committed to creating a therapeutic environment that is inclusive, culturally sensitive, trauma-sensitive and LGBTQ+ affirmative - a space where individuals feel respected, valued and comfortable bringing their authentic selves.
Her work emphasises emotional exploration, self-understanding, resilience and healing while honouring each person’s pace and journey.

Meet Nupur, a Counselling Psychologist who believes therapy is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with oneself. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't always begin with finding answers, it often begins with feeling safe enough to ask questions, sit with uncertainty, and understand oneself with greater compassion.

She works with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, relationship challenges, grief, academic and career stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck and overwhelmed. While these experiences may look different for everyone, she believes each person's story deserves to be understood within the context of their unique life, relationships, and experiences.

At the heart of Nupur's work is the belief in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them at a pace that feels right for them. Therapy, for her, is not about having all the answers or navigating difficulties alone, it is about creating a space where experiences can be shared, understood, and explored together. Rather than offering quick solutions, she values curiosity, self-awareness, and helping people make sense of their emotions, patterns, relationships, and inner world. Her approach is primarily client-centred and existential, and she may also integrate expressive arts and movement-based practices when appropriate, recognising that not everything we carry can be expressed through words alone.

At the heart of Nupur's work is the hope that people leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, with greater clarity, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of who they are. Her aim is to support people in moving through life with greater confidence, authenticity, and meaning.
