Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. This introductory session is designed to make it a gentle one: an unhurried, confidential conversation with Yamini Punj, founder of Your Space Therapy, psychologist, clinical hypnotherapist and family constellation facilitator. In 40 minutes, Yamini will listen to what is bringing you here, help you make sense of it, and suggest the approach most likely to support you, whether that is counselling, hypnotherapy, family constellation therapy, or a blend of these. You don't need the right words, a diagnosis, or a plan. You only need to arrive as you are. WHAT TO EXPECT What Happens in the Session ? Listening, first. You share what feels important to you, at your own pace. Nothing is rushed or assumed. Understanding the pattern. Yamini gently explores your history and what is happening beneath the surface. Finding your path. You'll leave with a clear sense of the therapy approach that fits you, and what working together could look like. Space for your questions. She holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and is pursuing a Ph.D. in trauma-focused intervention rooted in Indian Knowledge Systems. She is trained in clinical hypnotherapy at all levels, family constellation facilitation and past life regression. Her work brings together systemic, trauma-informed, humanistic and archetypal approaches, with particular depth in inner child work and family patterns.
